Challenge
The restaurant was losing walk-ins to Instagram DMs and a Facebook page that buried the menu.
Approach
The menu is a first-class page, not a PDF. Reservations go to email and a simple dashboard the floor manager already knew how to use.
Outcome
Table requests now arrive in one inbox. The menu is searchable on a phone.
