Return Policy

Website work is custom. There is no off-the-shelf product to return. A deposit is not refundable once design or build has started, unless we agree otherwise in the brief.

If a milestone is unused — for example a page we scoped and then dropped — that unused portion can be credited to another page in the same project.

After launch I include a short window of fixes for things that were in the brief and do not work as described. New features are a separate piece of work.
