Challenge
Hours lived on stories that vanished in a day. Regulars kept asking if the kitchen was open.
Approach
The homepage is hours, location, and whatever is on tonight. A short form holds a table. The chef edits the special in five minutes.
Outcome
The Instagram bio points to a page that is current. Booking notes stopped arriving as voice messages.
