Challenge
Guests were choosing rooms from Facebook photos and calling at midnight. There was no public page for rates, amenities, or how to arrive.
Approach
I built a photograph-led WordPress site with rooms as structured posts, a clear season note, and a booking request that emails the desk. The theme is custom so staff can update photos without breaking the layout.
Outcome
Enquiries now arrive with dates and party size. The hotel sends the URL instead of a photo album.
