Challenge
Orders lived in WhatsApp, stock in a notebook, and the old shop theme hid the numbers behind ten plugins.
Approach
I rebuilt the catalogue in WooCommerce, cut checkout to the fields a Bangladeshi courier needs, and set a simple dashboard the owner opens each morning.
Outcome
Orders, stock, and pickup notes sit in one admin. Mobile checkout is four fields.
