How a project starts
Before colour, before type, a letter that says what the site must do — and what it must not.

I start with a conversation, then a brief written back to you. Not a moodboard. The brief says who the site is for, what a successful visit looks like, which pages exist, and which ones we are deliberately leaving out. Scope that is written down is the only kind that holds.
From there the work is structure: the map of pages, the fields a listing or a product needs, the form that should arrive in the right inbox. Design follows that map. If the structure is wrong, a beautiful homepage will not save the project.
You will see pages in the browser as they are built. There is no big reveal. Launch is redirects, a form test, a short handbook, and two quiet weeks of watching. After that the site is yours to edit, and I am available for care.
